Business support and investment

Advice ImageNew enterprises are often naturally innovative and add to regional productivity – while existing businesses need to remain competitive as the pace of technological change accelerates and the global business climate becomes increasingly difficult. Business Support

New Business New Life Imageemda’s latest Strategy for Business Support, “Encouraging Business Success”, outlines our aim to both simplify access to and improve the quality of support available to businesses in the East Midlands. It provides every business in the region with the opportunity to develop and succeed. And, on a practical level, it establishes objectives, targets and key business issues, defining where regional business support should be in three to five years’ time.
