Regional Employment Land Priorities Study (RELPS) 2003

emda commissioned Innes England and Sinclair Knight Merz to undertake a study to update the findings of the Qualty of Employment Land Supply (QUELS) Study, and the State of Freight Study as it relates to employment land. RELPS provides a perspective on employment land requirements against the RES, both region-wide and for SSP areas to help inform future land requirements.
