Small Loans for Business

In June 2008 emda launched a new initiative pledging £4.8 million to help support economic growth in the region.

Small Loans for Business is a source of loan funding for business start-ups and existing companies that have not been able to secure all of their finance from conventional High Street lenders. Loans of £3,000 - £20,000 can be used to turn ideas into a new business or grow existing businesses if 30% of the value of the loan can be raised

2007-2013 ERDF Competitiveness Programme
