In the East Midlands there is a minimum grant limit of £25,000. There is also an upper limit of 500,000 euros, which at October 2009 equates to £455, 900. The Euro to Sterling conversion rate, by month, is provided at www.cobody.gov.uk. The €500,000 upper limit can be increased for a group of businesses working in collaboration to deliver benefits to multiple businesses.
Livestock projects should have a minimum total cost of £25,000 and will therefore result in an RDPE grant of approximately £12,500. This is beneath the general RDPE threshold and is only applicable for livestock producers.
