Regional Economic Strategy (RES) policy think pieces (2005-06)
In addition to the statistical portrait of the region presented in 'The East Midlands in 2006', emda produced a compendium of 'policy think pieces', commissioned from a range of independent experts. They address key themes relevant to the RES and are intended to stimulate discussion of possible priorities and actions for inclusion in the strategy. The views expressed in these papers are those of their authors and do not necessarily represent the views of emda or other regional organisations.
